We use LTA ClubSpark to manage Club Session bookings.
Firstly, you'll need to check you meet the requirements to book a Club Session. Normally this requires you to be a venue member and have an active Club Pass membership. Once you have a Club Pass membership, here's a step by step guide on how to book a Club Session:
Step 1
To book a Club Session, click on your desired date from the list of sessions available.
Step 2
After clicking on your preferred session you should see the session details including the time, level, coach, and availability. Tick the box/es of the date/s you'd like to attend then click 'Register'.
Step 3
You should reach a Player details page, you can tick the box next to your name. If you get the red text shown below, it's possible you are not a member and will need to become a venue membership yourself.
If you've purchased a membership and are unable to book because your membership can't be validated kindly send a screenshot of the booking page, along with the reciept of your club pass membersip, and the link of the social you're trying to book to hello@nationaltennis.org.uk so we can assist you.
Step 4
After clicking confirm, you should see the page below to indicate your Club Pass session has been booked along with any additional information you may need. A confirmaiton email will be sent to your email address on file shortly.
Congrats! You've booked a session and we can't wait to see you on court. If you'd like to book again you can select 'Book another course' as shown in the image above.
