Play Pass & Club Pass Terms & Conditions

Please read through our standard Terms & Conditions for continuous memberships for Play Pass and Club Pass categories:

General

• A Play Pass and Club Pass memberships give you access to book courts within the membership criteria listed on our websites. This can vary from venue to venue; please refer to the access levels and benefits on each membership category listed on our websites.
• If you have opted for an Annual membership, you will pay in full at the point of purchasing, and you will be reminded to renew at its expiry. If you have opted for a Monthly membership, this continues until you choose to terminate it. 'NTATENNIS' or 'NATIONALTENNIS' will appear on your bank statement.
• Fees are payable in advance and based on your registration date. They remain the same unless you cancel your membership.
• For Monthly memberships, your membership remains active until you cancel or amend it. For Annual memberships, your membership remains active for a 12-month period from the date of purchase. 
• Club Pass membership may give access to weekly sessions, which are accessed via a booking system and on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is no guaranteed access, and is based on availability; however, we strive to ensure any demand is matched to the provision on offer, allowing for regular access to weekly social sessions.
• Weekly social sessions are delivered 47 weeks of the year, with breaks for Bank Holidays, Easter (one week), Summer (two weeks), and Christmas (two weeks).
• Fees and other charges are periodically reviewed. Any changes will be posted on the NTA website, and you will receive at least ten working days' notice of any payment changes.

Cancellations

• You can cancel your membership at any time. If a renewal payment is due within five working days of your cancellation request, this amount will remain due. No further payment is required if you cancel outside of this 5-day window. Your membership will continue until its expiration, and you can continue to access your membership benefits and access until its expiration date.
• You can cancel using our online Play Pass / Club Pass Cancellation Form, found by clicking here. Please note we do not accept verbal cancellations.

Refunds

• We don't issue refunds for Play Pass or Club Pass memberships.

NTA reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions on not less than ten days' notice to members. Notice of any variation will be validly given and posted in a prominent position on the website.
