Gift of Tennis - Terms and Conditions

Please read through our standard Terms & Conditions for the Gift of Tennis voucher 2025:

1. Voucher Validity

• Vouchers are valid for redemption at any time during 2026.

• Each voucher is for one named recipient only and cannot be transferred.

2. Limitations on Purchase

• Only one voucher per recipient may be purchased.

• Existing coaching plan members must have had their plan inactive for at least 3 months before the purchase date of a voucher. If this condition is not met, the voucher will be invalid.

3. Membership Benefit

• A free 3‑month venue membership is venue dependent and will be arranged directly with the recipient upon redemption if applicable.

• The 3‑month membership period must be taken consecutively along with the coaching plan and cannot be split into separate months.

4. Coaching Sessions

• The voucher entitles the recipient to attend one coaching session per week for a continuous 3‑month period.

• The 3‑month coaching period must be taken consecutively along with the venue membership and cannot be split into separate months.

5. Coaching Plan Continuation & Charges

• By redeeming the voucher, the recipient is enrolled in a coaching plan that will continue indefinitely unless cancelled.

• After the initial 3‑month coaching period, the plan will automatically renew and charges will apply at the standard rate.

• Email reminders will be sent to the email address on file prior to renewal, giving recipients the option to opt out if they do not wish to continue.

6. Voucher Expiry

• Any unused 2025 vouchers will expire on 30 November 2026.

7. Non‑Refundable

• Vouchers are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

8. Redemption Process

• A unique redemption code will be issued with each voucher.

• The recipient must redeem online using this code.

9. Offer Period

• This Christmas promotion is available until 25 December 2025 only.

10. Applicable Terms

• Coaching plans and venue memberships are subject to their respective Terms & Conditions, available here: (Coaching Plan) and here: (Venue Membership).

11. General

• The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers, apart from the free trial.

• The organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse redemption if these Terms & Conditions are not met.
